Event Date: April 4, 2020 (Coast to Coast)

After some discussion and further consideration, we have decided to postpone all Virtual Ruckmarches and Ruck 4 Remembrance events until the COVID19 situation is behind us. We would love to continue with the monthly events, but we know that it’s more important at this time to do our part to decrease the impact of COVID19.

Having said that, we are encouraging our community to consider the following:

  • If you still want to complete your ruck march, please do so if you have access to a treadmill in your home
  • Replace the ruck march with a HERO workout, (or create your own) and mention the #ruck4remembrance in your social media feed
  • Use this time to connect with your family, friends and colleagues over the phone, video calls or through email.

We trust that you understand why we are postponing our events for now, and if you have any questions, please contact Karl via email.

Ruckmarch 2020 (1)

Event Date: November 7th, 2020

Join us with your backpack or rucksack to walk 12km or 22km in one of the 6 participating cities across the country. Our goal is to raise $100,000 and shine a light on the programs that Wounded Warriors Canada offers for veterans, first responders and their families. We would love your support and there are many ways to participate including walking, volunteering, donating prizes, sharing the message, and offering services such as massage or food and drink on the event day.

We are planning events for Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Toronto and Montreal, so chances are there’s an opportunity for you to get involved.

Your support goes a long way!
If you would like to support us but don’t want to walk or you are unavailable, you can still make a donation by clicking on this link. All proceeds go to Wounded Warriors Canada.
